- Beat egg whites with icing sugar until frothy, but not stiff. Mix the flour with cocoa, then stir into the egg white.
- Fill the mixture into a freezer bag, then cut off a small corner or simply fill it into a piping bag with a perforated nozzle.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray letters or numbers on it.
- Bake at 180 degrees on the middle rack for 10 minutes.
- Important: First let it cool down briefly and only then remove it from the baking paper.
