Pluck the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and wash, drain well. Peel the cucumber if necessary and cut into slices. Wash the radishes and cut into slices. Wash the tomatoes, cut the spring onions into fine rolls, as well as the chives.
For the dressing, mix the yoghurt with the lemon juice, peel and squeeze the garlic or cut into fine cubes. Season to taste with maple syrup, herb salt and herb pepper. Stir in half of the chives.
Put the salad ingredients in a large salad bowl, add the dressing and sprinkle everything with the remaining chives.
