Rinse the breast fillets with cold water, pat dry, season well on both sides and dust lightly with flour. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fillets on both sides.
Wash the lettuce and shake dry. Pluck into a large bowl. Wash the strawberries, place them on paper towels, remove the stems and cut them into quarters.
For the vinaigrette, mix well everything except the olive oil. Then hide the oil.
Serve the sliced fillets, still warm, with the lettuce and berries together with the vinaigrette.
