• 2 Table spoons milk
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 0.25 teaspoon ¼ herb salt
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ honey, if you like
• Salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Clean and wash the lettuce. Wash, core and cut the nectarine.
2. Make the dressing and season to taste.
3. Arrange the lettuce on plates, pour the dressing over the top and sprinkle with the nectarine pieces.
