Instructions

  1. Clean the lettuce, wash it thoroughly and let it drain well. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into narrow strips.
  2. For the dressing, stir the balsamic vinegar with mustard, pepper, salt and a little sugar with a whisk until creamy. Beat the oil under it.
  3. Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and mix with the dressing along with the paprika.
  4. The salad should be served quickly after preparation so that it does not collapse.
