- Thoroughly clean the lettuce and let it drain or spin dry.
- Mix 300 g (2 cups) yoghurt with the juice of 3 lemons in a bowl.
- Now gradually stir in the sugar. Always season to taste in between until you have the desired ratio of sweetness and acidity.
- Cut the lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces, mix with the dressing and serve immediately.
