Instructions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients up to the soy drink the evening before and add enough soy drink or other milk substitute until the dry ingredients are completely covered and can soak up. This makes them digestible, the muesli cannot be made with unsoaked ingredients. If you like, you can grind the grains beforehand.
  2. In the morning, puree the soaked part with the fruit, broccoli and spices until it has a creamy consistency. I also add a pinch of baking soda to neutralize the fruit acid. That is of course a matter of taste. The sesame can easily be exchanged for other oilseeds, e.g., Pumpkin seeds, almonds, nuts.
  3. The combination of grain and legume (peanut) provides the body with a good amino acid profile. Buckwheat is excluded as knotweed and provides all the essential amino acids in and of itself.
  4. A recipe for the curious! It was created because I usually eat carrots in my muesli and this was used up and I only had broccoli. Don`t worry, the muesli will neither turn green nor taste the broccoli.
