Instructions

  1. Wash the blueberries carefully, sort out any rotten or mushy ones. Then put the blueberries in a tall mixing vessel and cover with milk. Puree finely with the hand blender. When all the blueberries are crushed, add the rest of the milk and briefly puree everything again. Possibly season with liquid sweetener. Pour the shake into a tall glass and enjoy chilled.
  2. With buttermilk or 0.1% milk, this shake has a little less than 120 kcal. If you like, you can of course also prepare the normal variant. Just use skim milk or whole milk and use sugar instead of liquid sweetener.
