Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat and line the brownie pan with baking paper.
  2. Put all ingredients except for the dark chocolate in the container of a kitchen mixer or use in a bowl and the hand blender. Process everything to a smooth mass only at a lower level and then at a higher level. Now add 100 g of the chopped chocolate. Fold the chocolate pieces under the batter and then pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
