Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen cherries a little, cut the banana into small pieces. Put the fruit in a blender with the milk and quark. Mix until the fruits are completely chopped (but also tastes good if there are still a few remnants of the whole fruits). Now season to taste with sugar and vanilla flavor (and mix briefly so that everything mixes nicely).
  2. Enough for two smaller glasses or a very large one.
  3. Recommended for hotter days: enjoy with ice cubes!
