Instructions

  1. Mix mustard, white wine vinegar, water, oil, salt and pepper to a dressing. Clean and wash the Chinese cabbage and cut across into 1 cm wide strips. Clean and wash the peppers and cut across into thin strips. Finely dice the onion. Mix everything with the dressing and serve sprinkled with chives.
