Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut in half lengthways. Take out the egg yolks.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the sour cream. Mash the egg yolks and stir in the cream cheese and sour cream. Cut the egg white and ham into small pieces and stir in. Season with salt, pepper and parsley.
  3. It goes well with baguette or bread.
