Crumble the biscuits, mix with melted butter and press on the bottom of a baking dish.
Carefully fold the sugar, vanilla sugar and whipped cream into the buttermilk. Soak the gelatine in cold water. Squeeze out and dissolve in the juice of half a lemon. Add to the buttermilk mixture, stir well and spread the cream smoothly on the biscuit base.
Put the baking dish in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
Cover with something fruity before serving. I usually take one of those little baby jars with a multivitamin flavor, for example. Of course, a homemade fruit puree or even fresh fruit is also very good with this dessert. There are no limits to the imagination when it comes to the fruity note!
