Instructions

  1. Mix the yoghurt with the low-fat quark until creamy and gradually add the milk and lemon juice. Finely chop the garlic and add to the dip.
  2. Finely chop the onion and parsley, save some and add the rest to the dip. Salt, pepper and season with sugar and horseradish. Serve the garlic dip sprinkled with the remaining onion and parsley.
