Cook the broccoli in salted water for about 5 minutes, then add the gnocchi for two minutes, drain and leave to cool.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes, as well as the turkey breast and peppers.
Squeeze the garlic cloves and mix with the mayonnaise, skimmed milk yoghurt and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sweetener. Add herbs if you like.
Finally mix everything with the chopped ingredients.
