Instructions

  1. Cover the oat flakes and the spelled pops with hot water and leave to soak for a moment.
  2. Rub the apple over it and chop the banana. Mix with the rum flavor, cinnamon and yoghurt.
  3. The gourmet porridge is ready.
  4. For a more liquid consistency, simply add milk as desired.
