Instructions

  1. Take a flat baking dish (if necessary, grease it very gently or put baking paper in it), take around 150 g tartare or minced beef per person and press flat on the bottom of the dish. Then sprinkle the granular broth evenly on top so that the bottom is covered. Place the onion rings on top.
  2. Then give either frozen butter vegetables or, even better, so-called frozen emperor vegetables (because they don`t have these frozen sauce lumps, so they don`t cost more points), plenty of them to fill you up.
  3. Spread the hollandaise evenly over it and place it in the oven at 200 degrees until the tartare is cooked through.
  4. Apart from the granulated broth, do not add any spices.
  5. It tastes really good, is super easy to prepare and I scored 5.5 points with tartare, imperial vegetables and this 2% fat hollandaise and I was full.
  6. For parties or blackheads that don`t have to pay attention to the figure, you just use normal mince, butter vegetables and normal hollandaise, so it`s not that expensive.
