This recipe is designed for a SMALL springform pan. Double the recipe for a normal springform pan.
Line the springform pan with baking paper.
Mix the oat flakes with the grated apple, water, vanilla sugar, rum flavor, baking powder and cinnamon. Then pour the mixture into the springform pan and smooth it out. Then put the whole thing in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the whipped cream and pour it onto the cooled base later.
Spread the cut fruit on top. Prepare the icing with a teaspoon of sugar, spread it on the fruit and chill for at least 2 hours.
