Put the flour together with the eggs in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Then add the sugar, yoghurt and salt. Finally pour in the water and stir everything well again.
Heat a (coated) pan with a tablespoon of oil and fry the dough until it is yellow-brown on both sides.
Tip: At the end of the dough add a pear, grated or cut into wafer-thin slices. Tastes delicious!
