Instructions

  1. First you cook the pasta in salted water al dente. While the pasta is cooking, cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into small pieces. Both are put together in a large bowl.
  2. Then the tomatoes and mozzarella are seasoned with the olive oil, a little salt and pepper and one or two (depending on your taste) garlic pressed through the garlic press. Then there are - just as everyone likes it best - some basil leaves. However, you should also chop the basil a bit, because then the taste comes out more.
  3. If the pasta is al dente in the meantime, drain it and pour it into the bowl with all the other ingredients. Everything is mixed again and you can eat the salad immediately. The mozzarella melts slightly through the warm pasta, which is very tasty.
  4. This recipe is really great to prepare on warm days!
