Boil the pasta and let it cool. I mostly use fusilli or girandole, but other types of pasta are also suitable and can be varied according to personal preferences.
In the meantime, wash and cut the lettuce, or open the package. Dice tomatoes, cucumber and feta cheese as desired. For the dressing, whisk the vinegar with the water, the herbs and possibly the oil well. When the pasta is sufficiently cold, simply mix everything together and finally fold in the almond slivers. A quick, tasty, low-fat and low-calorie meal is ready.
With other ingredients such as chicken strips, corn, other types of cheese, peppers or mushrooms, there are of course no limits to the taste and creativity.
