Peel the pineapple generously so that the woody dots are removed (or can be easily removed), cut into thin slices (no more than 1 cm). Beat the yogurt with the whisk until creamy. Mash the mint leaves with the cane sugar in a mortar.
To serve, distribute the pineapple slices in a circle on four plates, put a little heap of yoghurt in the empty center and sprinkle everything with the mint sugar. Garnish with mint leaves.
If a festive meal is very rich, it is a light dessert.
If you like, you can lightly sprinkle some cinnamon, chopped nuts or cardamom or chopped lime strips on top, but it doesn`t have to be, it tastes like that too.
