Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, yoghurt, vanilla sugar and honey together until smooth. Wash, clean and, if necessary, remove the fruit from the fruit. Halve the strawberries, cherries and grapes. Halve the banana lengthways, then cut into slices, dice the mango.
  2. Mix the fruit pieces together with the seeds into the quark.
  3. Divide into 4 bowls and garnish with fruits and seeds.
  4. If you don`t have to pay attention to calories, you can of course use quark and yoghurt with a higher fat content for the recipe; it tastes even better!
  5. Instead of vanilla sugar, you can also use ground vanilla, vanilla flavor or vanilla extract.
  6. Instead of the sunflower and pumpkin seeds, you can use nuts that are roughly chopped.
  7. You can also take whatever you want with fruit, although I personally don`t find kiwi, pineapple and grapefruit to be recommended, but that`s a matter of taste, as you know.
