Instructions

  1. Mash the Raffaello with the potato masher or mash it in a freezer bag with a rolling pin. Mix together with the quark, yoghurt and some milk to a smooth mass.
  2. Put a layer of ladyfingers in a baking dish, drizzle with the juice or liqueur, but not too much!
  3. Layer the frozen berries on top, amount at your own discretion, and finally cover with the cream.
  4. Let it steep in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  5. Sprinkle with the coconut flakes before serving and enjoy.
