Instructions

  1. Cook the rice or bulgur in salted water as usual and allow to cool. Make a dressing from vinegar, oil and spices. Mix with the cleaned or drained vegetables as well as the rice or bulgur and let it steep. Tastes best at room temperature. The lettuce becomes richer with sheep`s cheese cut into small pieces.
