Core the apples and cut with the skin into very, very small pieces. Cut the limes into thin sheaths - with the peel (if necessary peel off the peel beforehand in thin strips and also add to the punch - this gives even more flavor).
Pour everything up with the water and the woodruff syrup and add the ice. Then fill up with the sparkling wine and possibly add lemon balm leaves.
Looks very nice, completely green and tastes wonderfully refreshing! Is absolutely what hot days and doesn`t have a lot of percentages.
