Instructions

  1. The turkey breast is first cut into strips. Then peel the onion and cut it into strips, as well as the peppers.
  2. Put the meat with the onions and peppers in a bowl, then mix the spices with the olive oil in a smaller bowl, and then stir into the meat. I let it steep in the fridge overnight.
  3. Fry the whole mixture well and serve with tzatziki and coleslaw, possibly flatbread.
  4. It is much lighter because less oil than what is put in and bought from the butcher.
