Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in the microwave. Mix the flour, baking powder, eggs, sugar, milk and the vanilla sugar packet, add the melted butter and stir again vigorously. Do not let the dough stand for too long, otherwise it will become too firm!
  2. Heat the waffle iron, grease both parts with oil and put about 2 tablespoons of batter in the middle of the waffle iron. Now press the lid down firmly for 15 seconds so that the dough does not rise upwards, but spreads out in the mold! Bake the waffles until golden brown.
  3. Peel the banana, apple and kiwi and cut into small pieces. Pour the orange juice over a bowl, sprinkle with a teaspoon of vanilla sugar and stir well. To serve, distribute the fruit on the waffles.
