- Wash the blueberries and pat dry. Save a few for decoration. Pluck the leaves from the mint and roughly chop. Save two sheets for decoration.
- Pour the yoghurt into a bowl, add the honey, stir well and let it steep a little. Fold in the blueberries and stir in the mint too.
- Serve the yogurt in bowls and decorate with a few blueberries and mint leaves.
