Peel the apples, remove the core and grate with the kitchen grater. Mix the flour, sugar and hazelnuts and add the remaining ingredients while stirring.
Put the resulting dough in a pre-greased springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Use wooden sticks to check that the cake is ready. When it is firm in the middle, no longer gives in and no more dough sticks to it when you poke it, it is done.
After cooling, dust with powdered sugar. The cake is super juicy!
