Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees circulating air or 220 degrees top / bottom heat. Line a muffin tin with 12 muffin tins or grease.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas, 1 egg, 1 cup oil, 1/2 cup milk, 1 pinch of cinnamon, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder with a hand whisk and mix carefully with 4 cups wholemeal spelled flour or wheat flour . Pour the dough into the molds (only half full!) And bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes on the middle rack. Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove from the mold.
