Instructions
Let the butter melt.
Mix the egg yolks, yoghurt, salt and lemon juice in a tall, narrow mixing beaker with the magic wand. Pour the hot butter very slowly into the egg yolk mixture and keep stirring until a smooth sauce is formed.
