• 100 g powdered suar, or fine table suar
• 2 port. Espresso powder, instant or teaspoons coffee powder, instant
• 250 ml cream, fresh
• 125 ml brandy
• 1 packet vanilla sugar, (bourbon vanilla sugar)

Instructions

1. Dissolve espresso powder with a little brandy, then mix with the remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour into a neat bottle. Shake well and store in the refrigerator.
2. Shake well before serving. Keeps in the refrigerator for two to three weeks.
