Unroll the pizza dough and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Mix the sour cream (approx. 1 1/2 cups) in a bowl with a dash of milk, salt and pepper. Then spread the sour cream on the pizza dough. Now sprinkle the bacon on top. Roughly dice the onions and sprinkle over them as well. If necessary, sprinkle some grated cheese (e.g. Emmentaler) over it and bake everything for about 20 to 25 minutes (depending on the oven) at 200 degrees on the middle rack.
It`s good when things have to go really fast, e.g., if you unexpectedly get guests.
