I arranged the lightning tiramisu in small mason jars. To do this, mix cherry juice and espresso. Dip the ladyfingers in from both sides and place one ladyfingers in each glass. To do this, break it with your fingers. Spread the fruit over it.
Mix the quark with the powdered sugar, vanilla and lemon zest. Add yoghurt and stir in briefly. Spread the cream over the fruits.
Now cover the dessert and cool for at least 2 hours.
