- Put the raspberries in a saucepan and heat a little so that juice forms. Take off the stove and let cool down a bit.
- Alternatively, frozen berries can be thawed or the fresh berries can be used in their normal state.
- Finely crumble the biscuits.
- For the cream, mix together the cream cheese and milkmaid. Then stir in the lime juice and then the sour cream.
- Now you can layer the three ingredients in glasses as you like, e.g. first biscuits, then raspberries, cream, biscuits and again raspberries.
- Tip: Since the cream is very sweet due to the sweetened condensed milk, I recommend preparing small portions or using many berries as a contrast.
