Instructions

  1. Put the raspberries in a saucepan and heat a little so that juice forms. Take off the stove and let cool down a bit.
  2. Alternatively, frozen berries can be thawed or the fresh berries can be used in their normal state.
  3. Finely crumble the biscuits.
  4. For the cream, mix together the cream cheese and milkmaid. Then stir in the lime juice and then the sour cream.
  5. Now you can layer the three ingredients in glasses as you like, e.g. first biscuits, then raspberries, cream, biscuits and again raspberries.
  6. Tip: Since the cream is very sweet due to the sweetened condensed milk, I recommend preparing small portions or using many berries as a contrast.
