Instructions

  1. Roast the almonds until golden brown without fat. Peel the mangoes. Cut the pulp into wedges from the stone. Drain the canned fruit. Put something aside to garnish. Puree the rest with the lime juice.
  2. Whip the cream, cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the mango puree with 2/3 of the almonds. Chill for 2-3 hours. Garnish with mango wedges, remaining almonds, chips and limes.
