Ingredients
- 2 dashes lime juice
- 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
- 1 dash olive oil, plenty
- 5 tablespoon, heaped natural yoghurt, 1.%
- 1 teaspoon, heaped sea salt
- 1 teaspoon, leveled pepper, black, freshly ground, coarse
- 1 ½ tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon, crushed basil, or 4 fresh leaves, chopped
Instructions
- Simply put everything in a blender and blend well. Season to taste, depending on the acidity of the limes, add honey if necessary.
- Sufficient for a whole head of lettuce.
- Goes very well as a refreshing summer salad, also with grilled dishes. I like to have an iceberg lettuce with peppers, cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
