Instructions

  1. Put the mascarpone, sour cream and yogurt in a bowl. Stir in the limoncello and gelatine fix. Grate the peel of an unsprayed lime and add it with the juice of half a lime. Mix everything quickly, season to taste and, if necessary, sweeten with a little icing sugar.
  2. Fill into small dessert bowls and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Garnish with fresh fruit before serving.
