Instructions

  1. Fry the onion and garlic with 2 tablespoons of oil. Grate the carrots and zucchini and fry them. Cut the bell pepper into pieces and add. Deglaze everything with the tomatoes and the stock. Then add the risoni and simmer for 15 minutes. Finally add the corn and season with pepper, salt and chilli flakes. Sprinkle the cheese on top to serve.
