Instructions

  1. Melt the brown sugar in a saucepan, add the cranberries and sauté briefly. Then take it off the stove and let it cool down briefly.
  2. Whip the cream with icing sugar until stiff, mix in the natural yoghurt. Then alternately layer the cream and cranberries in a dessert glass.
  3. The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased as you like. The dessert is a good preparation for the next day.
