- Melt the brown sugar in a saucepan, add the cranberries and sauté briefly. Then take it off the stove and let it cool down briefly.
- Whip the cream with icing sugar until stiff, mix in the natural yoghurt. Then alternately layer the cream and cranberries in a dessert glass.
- The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased as you like. The dessert is a good preparation for the next day.
