Ingredients

• 3 tablespoon cranberry compote
• 3 tablespoon horseradish
• 1 ½ tablespoon mustard, medium hot
• 1 squirt lemon juice
• 1 pinch (s) salt
• 60 ml sweet cream

Instructions

1. Put everything except the cream in a mixing pot and stir well.
2. Then whip the cream until stiff and fold into the sauce.
3. PS: If you don`t like it that spicy, you can also use horseradish cream
