Instructions

  1. Wash and sort the cranberries. Then bring to the boil with water and sugar (normal household sugar - no preserving sugar) while stirring and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Fill into prepared glasses.
  2. Makes about 7 glasses of 200 ml each.
  3. The cranberry jam goes well with game dishes, baked camembert, desserts or simply as a spread.
