Add salted water for the pasta. Cut the peppers into small cubes. As soon as the pasta water boils, add the linguine and cook until cooked.
Sweat the diced paprika in a pan with oil, salt, pepper and paprika powder. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and cream and let it steep. Pour the paprika-cream sauce into a blender and stir until creamy.
