Instructions

  1. Put the low-fat quark and the yoghurt in a bowl and mix with the linseed oil to a creamy mass (depending on your taste, the yoghurt can also be omitted or replaced with milk or more quark). Personally, I sweeten the quark cream with a little honey. Next, add the raspberries (frozen foods that have previously been defrosted) to the curd mixture. Cut the banana into small pieces or slices, also add and stir everything together well. Finally sprinkle and / or fold in the cereals. I use homemade crunchy muesli. Alternatively, linomel (crispy flaxseed and honey granules) together with flaxseed or wheat bran is also suitable.
