Instructions
- Let the raspberries thaw and then puree and sweeten. Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
- Whip the cream until stiff and sweeten. Mix the quark with the natural yoghurt, fold in the whipped cream.
- Divide this mixture into 3 portions.
- Stir in the raspberry puree (except for 4 tablespoons) into the first portion. Stir in the vanilla yoghurt into the second serving,
- and under the third the melted chocolate.
- Layer in glasses, first chocolate quark, then raspberry quark and then vanilla quark. Spread the raspberry puree on top.
