Cook the bulgur according to the instructions on the packet and allow to cool.
Dice or chop vegetables and herbs. Spicy peppermint from the Turkish supermarket is best. The Ras el Hanout seasoning mix is also available there. Mix the remaining ingredients into a sauce and mix in. Add the bulgur.
Finally fold in the diced feta.
Tips: The salad should be prepared the day before consumption so that it goes through well.
The salad also tastes very good vegan - without the feta cheese.
