Simple products make a wonderful snack! Everyone will love the liver cooked this way! Boil two hard-boiled eggs, fill with cold water and leave to cool.
In a solution of soda (0.5 l of water + 3 tablespoons of soda) we send pieces of liver in time for an hour. Thanks to this, the usual (unpleasant) smell of the liver disappears, and it becomes even more tender.
We pass the liver through a meat grinder (with a grid with fine holes). Add salt, raw egg and flour. Mix well and let stand for five minutes.
Fry small pancakes from the obtained liver dough in vegetable oil.
We clean the boiled eggs and sort them into yolks and whites. Rub the proteins on a coarse grater. Rub the yolks on a fine grater. Mix mayonnaise with chopped (squeezed through a press) garlic.
We coat half of the pancakes with mayonnaise, put the rest of the unlubricated pancakes on them, connecting in pairs. Lightly grease the sides of the resulting “sandwiches” with mayonnaise and dip in protein. And on top we decorate a snack of liver pancakes with yolk. Here’s a snack we got!
