- Peel the onions and cut into rings. Peel the apples and cut into slices.
- Prepare the flour on a flat plate.
- Heat the butter in a pan, sweat the onion rings until translucent and fry the diced apple.
- Pepper the liver, turn in flour, knock off excess flour and fry the liver on onions and apples.
- Only add salt to the liver after it has been seared!
