- Cook the rice in orange juice rather than in water.
- Meanwhile, chop the liver and fry quickly, set aside and keep warm. Flour the sliced onions and fry them until crispy.
- After about 20 minutes the rice should be done, season with salt.
- Arrange the rice on a large platter, spread the pieces of liver on it, which are only now being salted, and place the fried onions on top.
- You can remove the roasting set with a dash of broth and serve separately as a sauce with the dish. Green salad goes wonderfully with it.
